Flopp is a mobile app that helps users track and categorize spending, and gain AI-powered financial insights. Full features require a paid subscription.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Flopp. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

• An account is required to use Flopp.
• Premium features cost $10/month or $40/year (USD).
• Payments are made via the App Store or Google Play.
• You can cancel anytime via settings or by emailing hello@flopp.app.
• We do not offer refunds once charged.

New users may receive a 14-day free trial, with a 7-day extension available through referrals. Charges apply after the trial ends unless canceled.

You agree not to:

• Use Flopp for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Access data that isn't yours.
• Resell or reverse-engineer our code.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automation.
• Impersonate others or misuse the app.

We collect personal and financial data (e.g., transactions synced via Plaid) to deliver insights and improve your experience.

Flopp strictly does not have access to your money or the ability to move funds. We only have read-only access to view your transaction history and account balances through secure third-party services.

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We strive for uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service.

All content and code belong to Flopp Inc. Do not reuse or reproduce our assets without written permission.

Flopp does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. Use the app at your own risk. We do not guarantee specific financial results.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the app.

These terms are governed by Canadian law. Disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration. Class actions are not allowed.

We may update these Terms. If major changes occur, we'll notify you in-app or by email. Continued use means acceptance.

You may delete your account at any time. We may also terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
