Flopp is Ottawa's first ever social network where users can discover local spots, share experiences about restaurants, events, and activities, and connect with other Ottawa residents. The app is free to use and designed specifically for the Ottawa community.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Flopp. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

• An account is required to use Flopp.
• You can delete your account anytime via settings page. All data will be deleted.

You agree not to:

• Use Flopp for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Access data that isn't yours.
• Resell or reverse-engineer our code.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automation.
• Impersonate others or misuse the app.
• Post content that is harassing, threatening, or violates others' privacy.
• Share inappropriate or harmful content that violates community standards.

You retain ownership of all content you post on Flopp. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content within the app and for promotional purposes.

You are responsible for all content you post, including:

• Posts about local Ottawa experiences and recommendations
• Comments and reactions to others' content
• Reviews and opinions about local businesses and venues
• Any personal information you choose to share

We may remove content that violates these terms or community guidelines.

We collect personal data to deliver social features and improve your Ottawa community experience. We may also use this data for advertising purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We may use your data, including location preferences, interests, and demographic information, to provide personalized advertising within the app and on third-party platforms. This may include:

• Targeted ads based on your interests and local preferences
• Promotional content for Ottawa businesses and services
• Sponsored posts and local recommendations
• Analytics to improve our advertising services

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We strive for uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service.

All app content and code belong to Flopp Inc. Do not reuse or reproduce our assets without written permission.

Flopp does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. Use the app at your own risk. We do not guarantee specific financial results. The social nature of the app means financial information may be shared publicly - use discretion when posting.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the app, including any financial losses or privacy breaches related to social sharing features.

These terms are governed by Canadian law. Disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration. Class actions are not allowed.

We may update these Terms. If major changes occur, we'll notify you in-app or by email. Continued use means acceptance.

You may delete your account at any time. We may also terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Note that some content may remain visible to others even after account deletion.
