I can’t log in. What should I do?
Make sure your internet connection is stable, then try again. If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot password” option in the app.
How do I change my password?
In the app, go to Settings → Manage Account → Change Password. You must be logged in to update your password.
How do I report a bug or give feedback?
From the app, open the feedback panel; or email us with steps to reproduce and screenshots if possible.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Scroll down to Delete Account. This will remove your data per our policy.
