I can’t log in. What should I do?

Make sure your internet connection is stable, then try again. If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot password” option in the app.

How do I change my password?

In the app, go to Settings → Manage Account → Change Password. You must be logged in to update your password.

How do I report a bug or give feedback?

From the app, open the feedback panel; or email us with steps to reproduce and screenshots if possible.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Scroll down to Delete Account. This will remove your data per our policy.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Force-quit and relaunch the app.
  2. Ensure you’re on the latest version from the App Store/Play Store.
  3. Check your internet connection or try switching networks.
  4. Log out, then log back in.
  5. Reinstall the app if issues persist.
